Ways to sync Notion with Apple Calendar and Google Calendar
They come in four kinds: Notion's own apps, a feed your calendar subscribes to, a sync tool that makes real events, and a calendar app or automation you put together. Here is every option I found, what it does and what it costs, from each one's own pages, read on 24 October 2026. Calnio is one of them, and I made it.
Free for one database, one way. $3.99 a month for two-way and all of them, the first 7 days free with no card. Nothing to install.
Inside Notion's own apps
Free, and made by Notion. The dates stay in Notion's apps.
Notion's calendar view
Any database with a date column can be shown as a calendar inside Notion. Its help page offers no iCal export and no subscription link, so the view never leaves Notion. Free.
Notion Calendar
Notion's own calendar app, free, on Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android. It shows a database beside your Google, iCloud and Outlook events, and you can edit items there. The database is shown in Notion Calendar only, not in Google or iCloud calendar.
A feed your calendar subscribes to
A subscribed calendar shows the dates in your real calendar app, but read-only: move an event there and nothing happens in Notion.
Notion to Calendar
Makes a private iCal feed of a database or view, which Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook and others can subscribe to. The feed is read-only, and the calendar app decides when to check it.
Free for one feed of up to 30 events, titles and dates only, with a six-hour cache. Premium is $3 a month for unlimited feeds, more details, and a direct push to Google Calendar and Outlook.
A sync tool
These make events or tasks on the other side rather than a feed, and on their paid plans they carry edits back to Notion too.
2sync
Two-way sync of Notion with Google Calendar, Outlook, Todoist, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do and more, with the direction set field by field. Not Apple Calendar directly, by its own account. Runs every 2 to 5 minutes by plan.
From $9 a month, or $7 billed yearly, for one automation. It has a 14-day trial, and its billing docs say a card is needed at signup.
Nodario
Syncs Notion databases with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. Free one way, with a one-week sync window. Pro is $7.99 a month, two-way, with a one-year window. Its pages do not say how it connects to Apple Calendar or how often it runs.
Unito
Two-way sync between Notion and Google Calendar, among many other tools, updating every 5 to 15 minutes. Prices are shown inside the app during a free trial.
Calnio
Writes your Notion dates into Apple Calendar as real iCloud events or into Google Calendar, one calendar per database, and syncs Notion with Todoist. Two-way on the paid plan and the trial: calendar edits and deletions reach Notion. Not Outlook.
Free for one database, one way, every 30 minutes. $3.99 a month for two-way and every database, every 15 minutes or as often as 5. The first 7 days free with no card.
A calendar app, or an automation you build
Morgen
A calendar app that shows Notion tasks beside your iCloud events. Scheduling a task in Morgen makes a real iCloud event, and completing it there updates Notion. The task reaches iCloud when you schedule it, not on its own. Task integrations need Morgen Pro, with a 14-day trial and no card.
Zapier
You build it: a Notion trigger, such as a new or updated database item, runs a Google Calendar action. Each direction is its own Zap. Zapier has no Apple Calendar app, by its own staff. Free for 100 tasks a month, checked every 15 minutes. Professional is from $19.99 a month billed yearly, checked every 2 minutes.
Make
The same idea, with Notion and Google Calendar modules. For Apple, Make can create an event on an iPhone or iPad through the Make for iOS app installed on it. There is no iCloud module. The free plan has 1,000 credits a month, and Make says its shortest interval is 15 minutes.
Which one to pick
You use Google Calendar or Outlook
For Google Calendar: Calnio, 2sync or Unito, or a Notion to Calendar feed if read-only is enough. For Outlook: 2sync or Unito, since Calnio does not write there.
You use Apple Calendar
Calnio, if you want real events in iCloud that you can also edit. Nodario lists Apple Calendar too, though its pages do not say how it connects. A feed works if read-only is enough.
You only want to see the dates
Notion Calendar, free, if a separate app is fine.
You use Todoist
Todoist's own help covers embedding Todoist in a Notion page, which shows Todoist there but is not a sync. 2sync and Calnio both sync a Notion database with Todoist both ways.
Questions
Can Apple Calendar subscribe to a Notion database?
Not from Notion itself: Notion's help for the calendar view offers no iCal export or subscription link. Third-party tools such as Notion to Calendar make a read-only iCal feed of a database that Apple Calendar can subscribe to.
A subscribed calendar is read-only and Apple Calendar decides when to refresh it. Calnio writes real events into iCloud instead.
Does Notion sync with Google Calendar on its own?
Notion Calendar shows Google Calendar events and Notion databases side by side, in its own app. Notion says the database is not written into Google Calendar, and importing Google Calendar events into a database is not yet possible.
To get real events into Google Calendar, people use Calnio, 2sync, Unito, Zapier or Make. Calnio writes each database into a Google calendar of its own, two-way on the paid plan and the trial.
Can Zapier or Make add Notion dates to Apple Calendar?
Zapier has no Apple Calendar app, by its own staff. Make can create an event on an iPhone or iPad through the Make for iOS app installed on that device. Both connect Notion with Google Calendar.
